Perimeter Pest Control

The overall idea of Perimeter Pest Control is to create a barrier around your home to stop invading pest on the outside so that you don’t have to deal with them on the inside.

It is known that 90% of all inside pests come from the outside.

Some of the common insects that perimeter treatments control are: spiders, fleas, ticks, roaches, ants, crickets, and earwigs.

Our protection plan consists of five visits throughout the course of the year.

During these visits, we apply a Liquid Pest Application around your home, landscape beds, decks, window wells, trash bins, garages, and crawl space openings in order to protect your home from unwanted pests.

How Much Does Each Perimeter Pest Control Cost? $50.00 per application

1. Spring Treatment – April
2. 1st Summer Treatment – June
3. 2nd Summer Treatment – August
4. Fall Treatment – October

Our outdoor pest treatments begin working immediately and are effective for up to two (2) months.

For Beautiful Lawns follow our 7 Step Application Program:

1. April –Apply granular pre-emergent fertilizer with crabgrass & broadleaf weed control, plus spot spray weeds.

2. May–Apply granular fertilizer with broadleaf weed control & slow release nitrogen, plus spot spray weeds.

3. June–Apply granular slow release fertilizer with micronutrients, plus spot spray weeds.

4. July Season long insecticide to control grubs & sod webworms, plus spot spray weeds.

5. August Apply Slow Summer release fertilizer with micronutrients, plus spot spray weeds.

7. September–Apply granular fertilizer, designed to develop a strong fall root growth, plus spot spray weeds.

8. October – Apply fall/winter granular fertilizer, designed to extend green period & promote earlier green- up next spring, plus spot spray weeds.

Lawn Aeration

Aeration is the naturally occurring process of removing small plugs of thatch and soil from the lawn to improve soil aeration. For best results, water before we aerate your yard.
